Domestic cleaning can be provided weekly or fortnightly, with the same cleaner. The benefit of having your own cleaner means the cleaner can become accustomed to your preferences. We believe you both benefit from having the same cleaner.

After enquiring about the service we will

• Arrive at a convenient time for you (inc. evening and weekends).
• Introduce you to your cleaner.
• Walk through your home with you.
• Create a checklist of your preferences.

At the end of that first meeting:

• You decide the time and day you want your home cleaned.
• We ask for feedback the following day, to ensure satisfaction.
• We then continue as agreed or replace the cleaner.
  

Payment can be by Cash, Cheque or Standing Order and we can suspend the service when you are on holiday.
